Clash of the Sinister Six is an expansion for Marvel Zombies that brings an exciting rogues’ gallery into the fray. With former Super Villains joining either side of the battles raging across New York City, from the greens of Central Park to the dingy Subways. This expansion also introduces Team vs Team mode, where players can face each other, controlling both sides of the epic clash between the zombies and the living!

The regular retail price for this expansion is estimated at $60.

Let’s explore each of the different things that this expansion brings to the game:


It turns out Super Heroes and Zombie Heroes don’t exactly see eye-to-eye. One is dedicated to saving the innocent and protecting those around them… But the others gotta eat to stave off the Hunger! So really… Hard to say who is right and who is wrong there.

Regardless, sometimes you just can’t get along.

This expansion features special Team vs Team Missions, pitting two groups of players against each. In this unique game mode, you’ll control a team of either Super Hero or Zombie Heroes, each team with 3 to 6 characters, each side attempting to eliminate the other while completing mini-objectives around the map to gain extra benefits.

Of course, as is the nature of super-powered beings clashing against each other, this mode is super lethal as well, so expect to see many a player character taken out (of course, that’s what Heroes In Reserve is for, giving each team a bench of reserves to bring in as the body count climbs).

But don’t forget that this is a team affair! Heroes, whether Super or Zombie, will also make use of special Teamwork cards, only utilized in this game mode. These cards grant powerful benefits to you and your team, as long as they are strategically used! Opponents also won’t know exactly what plan you have until you’ve revealed it, so secret strategies and tactics can be employed as needed!
